Predispositions to tennis success Goals of the work: The goal of this piece of work is to identify, analyze and assess specific abilities, skills and other preconditions, which are necessary for reaching the top level in the game of tennis. The goal is to create certain competency profile of a successful top level tennis player. Methods of the work: Two different methods of research were used. The first method was exploration of the expert literature on given topic to identify and systematize the information concerning abilities, skills and personal qualities of successful top tennis players. The second method was electronic questioning executed on the selective sample of Czech tennis experts and tennis players. This was used for completing a comprehensive idea of a successful player's competency profile. Outcome of the work: The outcome of this work is a comprehensive aggregate of characteristics, which represent necessary requirements on desirable qualities of a successful tennis player. Competency profile of the school canteen manager

Sumarry: The work focuses on the problem of canteen manager competence. It is based on up-to-date theoretic knowledge of competence and specifies the aims of modern school boarding in canteens. The work analyses the results of the survey the aim of which was to judge the particular competence of the respondents. Canteen manager competence profile based on the theory and survey results was created afterwards. This profile can be used by the management of schools for the employee selection, the analysis of employees` educational needs or for their assessment.

Title: Personality predispositions of pole dance trainer Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to identify the personal predisposition for pole dance trainer and build a personality profile in terms of gymnasts and trainers, which presents such personality traits that would be good pole dance trainer disposal. Methods: In the thesis was used the interview method with the best pole dancer and trainer and also written questioning method. The respondents were gymnasts and pole dance trainers from the Czech republic. Results: In the thesis were indentified personality predispositions for pole dance trainer. Golf coach's competencies

Title: The Competency Profile of the Golf Coach Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to create the competency profile of an ideal golf coach with focus on adult recreational players. It was based on the identification of the most important competencies from two perspectives, namely coaches and their clients. Methods: The thesis combines qualitative and quantitative methods. According to the expert literature studies, previous researches and interviews with the professional golf coaches was created a list of four competency groups needed for quality work of golf coach. Coaches and players evaluated the importance of individual competencies by eletronic questioning. For clarity, the individual competencies are divided into four groups, specifically to character traits and features, abilitites and skills, education and knowledge, other professional attributes. Results: In the thesis is created the competency profile of the ideal golf coach focusing on adult recreational players, which includes 20 competencies from all competency groups: character traits and features, abilities and skills, education and knowledge, other professional attributes. Title: Competency profile of football coach of women team Objectives: The aim of this work is to create a competency profile of women's football coach from the perspective of the women's football players. Methods: To achieve the aims of this work were used study of literature dealing with the issue of coaching, competencies and specifics of the female organism. The obtained data were supplemented and modified on the basis of informal interviews with women's football players. A 5-point Liker scale was chosen to assess the importance of individual competencies. Respondents were women's football players. They were asked about the importance of competencies by social networks. Results: The result of this work is a competency profile of a women's football coach which contains the most important competencies divided into several groups. Competency profile of selected library spokesperson

The bachelor thesis deals with the competencies and personality traits needed to perform the job of a public library spokesperson. The aim of the thesis is to analyze these competencies and to build the competency profile of an employee. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses mainly on the topic of public relations in the non-profit sphere, the working position of the spokesperson and the definition of competence and competency model. The practical part is solved by qualitative research using structured interviews with four selected public library spokespeople. The result is the compilation of a worker's competency profile. The work stands for what a potential candidate should focus on during their study.

Title: Competence profile and demands on personality of coach youth in athletics Goals: Result of the thesis " Competence profile and demands on personality of coach youth in athletics " will be a key tool in the selection of new youth coaches in Prague athletic club Spartak Praha 4. The aim is to create a personality profile athletics youth coach. Methods: All respondents were interviewed by a written assessment of personality traits. A group of experts (trainers) in addition to the written forms was invited to semistructured interview, on the basis of which was compiled a list of competencies for use in a written interview. Education of a School Headmaster - Comparison of the Czech Republic, Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia

The aim of this work is to answer the following question: ‚Is it possible to compare qualification training and forms of further training of headmasters in different countries?' The author of this thesis deals with headmaster training in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany (Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia). He obtained information about education systems and education opportunities in these countries through selected research methods which were a questionnaire and interviews with school headmasters. The need for proper managerial qualification of headmasters necessary for them to meet requirements for discharge of the function is proved by the fact that today headmasters have to cope with demands made on their competency readiness which they can receive through good specialized training. The information obtained can be used as a pattern or methodical recommendations because in every country the managerial education follows different qualifying models.
